Darin Hollis was born in Massachusetts but has called New Hampshire home since early childhood. A graduate of Nashua High School, he didn't discover acting until more recently. Although he has always had an interest in film and behind the scenes, his focus started out in the memorabilia hobby.

An interest in memorabilia exhibits and museum collections lead him to the hobby of personally owning wardrobe and props. It's been about 10 years since the hobby started and in that time he has acquired a decent sized collection of props and wardrobe from various movies. His collection has given him the opportunity to be featured on Fox 25 News, NH Chronicle and the UPN 38 Morning Show. This was his first real look in front of the camera.

His interest in film was peaked in 2006 when he heard about a casting call for extras to work on the film, "The Game Plan", starring The Rock. He worked 6 days as an extra on that film and from there he wanted to do more. He has continued to work as an extra on a list of films over the past year including "27 Dresses", starring Katherine Heigl, "21", starring Kevin Spacey and Kate Bostworth, and "The Great Debaters", starring and directed by Denzel Washington. He has also worked as a stand-in for a new tv pilot called "I'm Paige Wilson", and as a body double for the Showtime show "Brotherhood". It was these opportunities that made him want to pursue actual roles.

His first principle role came earlier this year in a full length horror film called "As They Fall". His goal is to continue to pursue acting and enjoying the experiences to come. Beyond acting and working full time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
